Açai layer: 160g coconut milk, 1 pack of thawed Açai puree, 1 tbsp hazelnut puree, 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp vanilla powder, 32g chia seeds
Coconut cream: 160g coconut cream, 2 tbsp maqui powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp vanilla powder
To decorate: açai banana chips, extra maqui powder.
Mix all the ingredients for the acai layer together, taste and adjust the sweetness as needed. Let sit for about 15 minutes until the chia seeds have soaked up liquid and divide the mixture into two glasses.
Then whip the coconut cream with all the ingredients and divide between the glasses as well.
Garnish with banana chips and extra maqui powder and enjoy!
